Jack W Baxter-Association President
I have been a resident of the Vineyards of Heritage since 2009. I initially served as the HOA Treasurer. I have been the Association President for the since 2012. Currently, I am serving as an Adjunct Instructor for Tarrant County Community College, Corporate Services. My wife, Jean and I, have four grown children and nine grandchildren.

Melinda Baker – Vice President
I have lived in the neighborhood since the very beginning in 2001. When our neighborhood was new and under developer control, I served on the Board as Director-At-Large/Social Committee. I took a break from Board duties at the time the homeowners took over the responsibilities for the HOA. From 2005 to 2012, I again served on the board as President. I have been married for 23 years, have 2 teenagers and have worked for local Chiropractor for 10 years and am very active in my church and kids sports.

Russell (Rusty) Fuller-HOA Board Secretary
I have lived in the neighborhood since 2003. I have served on the Vineyards Board since 2005. I have a background in accounting, economics, and corporate law. I also do volunteer work with the Fort Worth Zoo and the Texas Alliance Hospital

Joy Dister-Dominguez - At Large/Communications
I have lived in the neighborhood since 2020 and have served on the Vineyards Board since 2023. I have a background in the hospitality industry, communications, hotel management, business administration, and non-profit administration.
